Based on plan offered to users, below are the SLAs guaranteed either to resolve the support or to provide the workaround so that users are unblocked from the issue.
Support team would resolve the issue with-in 6 hours post raising the issue if raised with-in working hours.
Support team would resolve the issue with-in 2 hours post raising the issue if raised with-in working hours.
Support team would enable Zoom.us integration related access with-in 1 working day.
Support team would enable Zoom.us integration related access with-in 2 working days.
From Monday to Friday except National or Regional Holidays From 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST.
